Keep calm and in control of whatever drama going on around you

It's sometimes the most outwardly confident people who suffer from panic attacks and anxiety.

You may use huge amounts of energy to try to hide signs of anxiety from others. Perhaps it’s time to change that. You may find that it’s much easier than you thought.

Hypnotherapy is brilliant for stopping panic attacks, helping you to manage anxiety effectively, and use your energy for other things.

People find that their confidence is boosted, helping them to perform better, for example, pitching successfully or coping with the pressure of auditions.

Improve focus, creativity, and well-being

Stress is a fact of life. Without some pressure, we’d get bored.

The body usually deals with stress well, until it becomes heightened for a prolonged period. Then it can take its toll on our mental, emotional and physical health, for example, sleep disorders, headaches, anxiety, digestive issues.

We respond to stress with the fight or flight response. In evolutionary times when your ancient ancestors were in a life-threatening situation, like spotting a sabre-toothed tiger heading for them, they would run or fight. That behaviour meant they lived to reproduce and so you are here now. After a burst of energy to fight or flee, they would have rested and recovered. The body gears up for fight or flight and needs to recover afterward.

In today’s world of electronic devices allowing 24 hour business, access to people worldwide, electricity extending our working day, deadlines etc, our stress levels can remain high. We can’t rest, or we put off taking a break to recover. We are not in a life-threatening situation but it can feel like that.

Hypnotherapy can help you to reduce the impact of prolonged stress. It can also help you to manage future stressful times or events more effectively.

Sleep is a time when our bodies and minds can recover from stress. But often when we’re stressed we don’t sleep well - the body doesn’t want you to fall into a deep sleep because you might not notice the sabre-toothed tiger creeping up on you.

When you can learn how to fall asleep promptly, return to sleep easily if you wake in the night, and sleep more deeply, you’ll wake more refreshed and able to flow with a certain level of pressure.

Self-hypnosis is a great way of re-learning good sleep habits. It’s easy, natural and works with the body’s nervous system. It also gives you the confidence that you can cope with pressure and keep healthy.

One session stop smoking

Life becomes easier as a non-smoker

Life becomes easier as a non-smoker

"I feel fantastic - can't quite believe it - very calm and not even thinking about the weed, amazing!!!”

“Best £250* I have ever spent! Still a non-smoker after 15 months and I know that I will never smoke again. Thank you!” V. J. [*this was some years ago and the price has changed since then, but you'll break even after a matter of weeks]

"I could not have maintained the non smoking without the help of hypnotherapy"

Just because you’re on set all day, doesn’t mean you have to smoke

Why one-session stop smoking?
Once you've made the decision to free yourself, a single session is the best way forward.

What do you have to do?
Choose a day that's right for you, when things are likely to be routine rather than stressed.

Before the appointment, I'll ask you to do 5 key things in preparation. Experience from my clients has shown that when people do these 5 things they find it easier to quit the habit.

How does it work?
While you are in a relaxed trance state I can make suggestions, agreed with you in advance, direct to your subconscious mind.

These suggestions take into account your particular triggers (how, when, where and why you smoke). Suggestions made when you are in this relaxed state are easier to act on later.

In addition
Many people find that being a non-smoker is easier than they thought.

There's the option of a free backup session within 3 weeks of your first appointment as well as text, email and phone support.

I will contact you a couple of days after the session, and again a week or two later, to see how you’re doing. If you’re not finding it as easy as you’d like, I’ll book you in for the backup session straight away. I want to support you to achieve your goal.

Most people don't claim this extra session although they feel reassured that it's there in case they need it.
