Overview
Better sleep workshops can help you to fall asleep more easily, sleep through the night and wake refreshed in the morning.
They are a great way to get the benefits of hypnotherapy on a budget.
You'll also create the good habits to improve your sleep patterns long term.
Who is it for?
- You may be tired and lacking in energy
- Perhaps you find it hard to fall asleep or you wake early and can't get back to sleep
- You may have had a change in circumstances, like a new baby, that's thrown your sleep patterns
- Lack of sleep is affecting your ability to do your work and enjoy your life
- You're tired of sleeping badly
- You didn't consciously choose to sleep badly so you want to use your subconscious mind to improve things
- You're intrigued to learn how hypnosis can help you to sleep better
- Perhaps you want to learn something new with a friend or a group of friends
- You may want hypnotherapy to improve your sleep, but your budget doesn't stretch to one-to-one sessions

What's involved?
The workshops are small - between 5 and 10 people - to make sure that you still get Sara's personal attention.
They are 2 hours long. They can be held in the morning, in an extended lunch-hour, in the afternoon, in the evening after work, or at a weekend.
You can attend a single workshop or a series of 4 (at a discount)
How does it work?
- You'll be given tools, which we'll work through together in the workshop, to understand the particular triggers to your sleep patterns
- You'll be taught hypnotherapy techniques to 'reprogramme' your unconscious mind to help you to sleep better
- There will be hypnosis sessions each week to deepen that reprogramming process
- You'll have handouts and information to take away
- Sara will provide you with support between sessions
- You'll practise the techniques at home between sessions
Where are they held?
They are held at Sara's office in Oxford Street. Alternatively they could be held at your place of work if you wanted a private workshop.
What's the friends and family option?
You may prefer a private workshop for you, some friends, family members and/or work colleagues. It can be tailored to the particular group who want to attend.
What's the cost?
It costs £80 per person to attend each workshop, or £260 if you want to book 4 workshops (the equivalent of £65 per workshop).
