What happens in a hypnotherapy session? hypnosis: safe and effective
Hypnotherapy is a partnership where the client and the therapist work together. You'll talk to the hypnotherapist about the issue you want to resolve and what you want to achieve.

Even when hypnotised, you are in control and cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do. You can speak and move, although sometimes it feels as if it's just too much effort to do so, you are so relaxed.

What else do you need to know?
Hypnotherapy is generally a short-term therapy. Some issues, like stopping smoking, may only take one session. For other problems, you may want to book a short series of sessions.
You will be guided and supported by Sara as you make the changes you want.
